- Shipping Delays: LOWLaundry.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, or LTL Freight) and does not provide compensation for such delays.
- Damaged Products: Customers must keep the original box and packaging for courier investigations. Damage must be reported within 5 business days to file a claim.
- International Orders: LOWLaundry.com does not cover warranty or return shipping for international orders. All international orders are shipped to a distribution facility before the final destination. Partial shipments are available at an extra cost.
- Shipping Charge Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays caused by factors beyond courier control, such as customs issues, weather conditions, labor disputes, or natural disasters.
