Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an item has shipped—either to our distribution center or directly to you—it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Please note the following exceptions and conditions:

  • GE Appliances, Haier, and Hotpoint orders are final at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Made-to-order items (example brand: Sol-O-Matic) and products shipped directly from vendor locations are also non-cancellable.
  • The LOW Order Assurance Plan, once purchased, is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • For eligible orders over $300, a 3% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone. If you call our team, we will kindly direct you to submit your request online, as cancellations can only be processed through our official Order Cancellation Form.
